The plant which enjoys a massive built-up area, immediately after the acquisition process, is furnished with top of the line machinery imported from different parts of the world. The incorporation of most modern machinery had raised the freezing capacity of the plant and in turn is reflected in the accelerated processing of fish varieties. We have the best qualified technicians to ensure the quality of all products and has implemented HACCP system. The department keeps regular quality control reports while looking after GMP and SSOP. The inhouse laboratory has facilities for checking physical, chemical and microbiological factors, keeps check on the microbiological analysis right from the raw material sourcing to final product. The plant also conforms to the Pollution Control Board’s effluent treatment standards. We have eco-friendly waste management system.
